P3D Where to get a Viewmaster Insertion Tool?

Greetings,

	I now have another new toy: a Viewmaster camera and
cutter.  Came upon a deal I couldn't resist.

	I understand that the Insertion tool makes "mounting"
a great deal easier to do.  

	Does anyone have an idea where I could get one?  It's
not something I see at camera shows (and probably wouldn't know
what it was if I saw it).  Also, about what do they go for should 
they be found?
