This was direct thread off a question asked about computer equipment to be
used for stereo image manipulation. I think that it is relevant to the
original question as it is part of the experiential knowledge we as a group
share. How is any different that some of the copyright or patent
discussions that have gone on in the list for example?

I understand that there is a need to draw a line somewhere, but I
personally don't think that this message crossed that line yet.
