P3D List ack vs. digest

John Roberts mentioned the digest mode.  Some people not familiar with
discussion lists might not understand this.  There are two ways to
receive the 3d mailing lists:

- digest:  Get one package of about 25K or less, at a time
- ack: Get every single message as it is posted

In photo-3d most people are in ack mode while in sell-3d most people are
in ack mode (so they can catch some of the good deals posted).  Sometimes
I am asked how could I reply in a message before it appears in the digest.
The answer is that I am in ack mode.  Moderators do not get to see the
messages first.  They see them at the same time that anyone else does.

To switch from one mode to another, send the following command to
this address: listserv@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

set photo-3d mail ack

(or sell-3d or tech-3d .... or "digest" instead of "ack")
