Well .... that's putting rather an extreme interpretation on my words but I
can see how you got there.

The flip side of your question is that if anything related to photography
is fair game because all photography has general relevance to 3D then
there is nothing to distinguish this group from any other general photo group.
(Seems to me the same reasoning would apply to any specialised photo
group).

Therefore (imo) there should be a *specific* relevance to 3D at the time
these topics are discussed rather than relying on the "oh well, it's
photography and therefore ipso-facto 3D-related"
