Actually, everything is related to 3D. Birth, death, the
cosmos. If you can't see how, you have not thought hard
enough! 8-) The problem is that we have a finite list.
Someone must decide what can be included in the list and
what cannot or we would have a b.s. session and not a
topic list. That someone has a very unpleasant job, of
course. I know because I was that someone once. It is
so hard to know where to draw the line but one thinks hard
and does the best he can in order to preserve the integrity
of the list.

It _is_ his list! I am inclined to think this should have
occurred to us all. He is one of the governing board and
the one who puts the most effort into trying to keep the
list running well philosophically (as opposed to
mechanically, which is Bob's area). It is also his job to
keep the rolls, decide who is on the list and who is not.
If he weren't as fair as he is, a lot of people would not
have a voice on this list.

The solution of course is obvious and is as it has always
been on the internet: If you do not like the way a list
is configured, then start your own list. The moderators
of this list would be pleased to help you set up your
own list and wish you the very best. I think there is
a place for a list with the major emphasis on computers
and the minor emphasis on 3D. I would like to see such
a list succeed in a big way.

Sorry for the digression.
