Does this include the prototype issue?  A small (100 issues) test run was 
made a couple months before the "real" Vol1, Number 1, with different
(never published since) articles.  It's labeled Vol 1, Number 0.  
I've got two of these issues; my uncle worked at the printers where they were made.
