P3D Gerhard Herbig, Stereo Slide Disk calculator

A few years ago, the PSA 'Dimensions Three' newsletter described a
calculator for stereo photography.  It calculated on-film deviation based
on focal length and near point.  It is similar to the Polaroid Interocular
Calculator, two paper disks with various scales.  There are also models for
macros and for cameras separated by 65mm.   The maker is Gerhard Peter
Herbig, of Backnang, Germany.  A letter to his address was returned by the
post office.  Do any Photo 3d readers know if this device is available?  I
would also be interested in a photocopy of one, and would trade a copy of
the Polaroid calculator or other paper.   Thanks,    Peter
