P3D PSA Journal and FL Convention

Shab Levy writes about Bill Walton's excellent stereo article in the 
last issue of the PSA  Journal (April 98)...  In the same issue there 
is an interesting essay by another stereo legend, Stan White (APSA and 
editor of "Dimensions Three", the newsletter of PSA's Stereo Division) 
The essay deals with the changing face of photographic tools and 
techniques, especially the introduction and future wide spread use of 
electronic/digital imagery.

In the same issue we also find details and Registration forms for the 
1998 PSA International Conference of Photography which is held in 
ORLANDO Florida from Aug. 31 to Sept. 5. I am planning to be there and 
enjoy the Stereo Division's programs which are held on Thursday and 
Friday (Sept. 3-4).  Since Monday Sept. 7 is a holiday in the USA 
(Labor Day), I am thinking of combining this conference with a family 
vacation in Disney World!

- Stereo Spectacular: 3 hour presentation on Thursday afternoon.
- 1998 Stereo Sequence Exhibition
- Stereo Image of the year
- Stereo Awards Dinner (Friday night)

There will be more... plus many interesting 2d programs and workshops! 
I went to last year's convention (St. Charles IL) and had a great time 
and learned a lot too!
