I have had several dozen rolls of Realist slides processed and mounted by
Kodalux/Qualex/whatever, and have had no serious complaints.  I've only had
a few rolls done since they moved the stereo processing to New Jersey, but
have also had no complaints with those.  Note that I really don't project
my slides, and I always mark the film cannister, as well as the envelope,
requesting stereo mounting.
