When I read what Chuck wrote, it reminded me of how one of our customers who
just HAD to have the dessert reel from the Prime Time Cafe at Disney/MGM
Studios obtained his. He brought along a substitute reel.  It was a good
collectible reel of "Goofy" and while quietly sitting at the cafe, made the
substitution.  Can you imagine the surprise on the customer's face as he/she
looked into that viewer ready to see dessert items?
