I don't know if they are still using reels, but Daryl's was one of the
first restaurants to produce a dessert reel. Dates probably from late 1980s
or early 1990s.  Also Van Beydler reported in the last issues of INSIDE 3D
Magazine about a reel from Pasta House from Missouri and Zio's Italian
Kitchen.  
How about adding these to the list.
