P3D RE: Case Foam

I have made compartmented foam cases for stereo 
photo gear by using an electric slicing knife made 
for slicing turkeys, etc.  It has an oscillating 
motion similar to the knives used by foam packaging 
companies.  (It's neat to see how the undulating 
foam is made -- it is sliced while passing between 
large rollers with a surface resembling waffle irons!) 
Hey that's 3-D foam!) Hot Melt glue is usually used 
to stick the pieces together.  It's really not that 
hard to do.
