Just a quick thanks.

I'll keep reading the posts and consider what, exactly, I'm shooting for
(pun intended).   So, if I mount SLRs base to base, and can get them
synced with flash and everything, and figure a way to mount them
(slides) as realist format and size (square), I could do everything I do
with the Realist, except with better lenses and autofocus and
auto-shutter advance.  I could also have prints made and make
stereo-cards, without having to send them to another state.  I could
just leave them in the 2x2 mounts and remount them in realist format
glass mounts (after I've had them conveniently duped) if I want to enter
a competition.  And if I want to take hypers, I'm ready to go. If I want
to take careful portraits, I can slap on some fixed 100mm lenses and
toe-in so that I will already have the stereo window built in.

I'm getting ready to sell my Custom:)
