P3D Ultimate wall hanging?

Stereo photography is great but one
problem is that it is difficult to hang
your good photos on the wall for passers-by
to see (compared to flat photographers).
If you shoot stereo prints you can
get some 8x10 enlargements and hang
them on the wall for cross-eyed viewing.
But there will likely be some retinal
rivalry from glare or uneven lighting
of the two prints.
And, a lot of us 3Ders shoot slide
film making it difficult to get good
prints to hang on the wall. But what
about Ilfochrome (aka Cibachrome)?
Plus you can't beat the colours and
contrast of a back lit slide.
I was looking at a web page of a
Quebec Ilfochrome lab and noticed that
they have Ilfochrome Classic Display
Transparency and Ilfochrome Classic
Transluscent. The first could be hung
on a wall type light box to produce
that backlit stereo pair. The second
has a diffuser built in so you could
hang it in a window!
Prices for 8x10's are $30 CDN for
both types. A regular (reflective)
Ilfochrome Classic 8x10 is $15.50
in glossy, $12.50 in pearl finish.
I don't know if they would work
from a 5 or 7 perf slide.
