P3D Kodak problems

I recently sent 2 rolls of Kodachrome for processing.
I put a red sticker on the film can that said, DO NOT
CUT, DO NOT MOUNT. Also written on the processing
envelope in large block letters. I do live in California
and some people here have trouble with english (high school
grads), but this is too much. I received a 3rd roll today
cut and mounted 2X2, not to good for Stereo Realist slides.
Anyone else having trouble?
