P3D Good Realist viewer hunting

I like to think that sometime in my hunt through yard sales, I'll find a
Realist slide viewer one day...if it happens, what should I look for?  Are
there metal contacts that are prone to corrosion that can't be replaced?
If I need to replace the lenses are they easily available?  Basically,
what's the minimal condition one should be in to be refurbishable, and what
would be a good price?  Cosmetics wouldn't be an issue to me (you should
see my camera!), just workability.

I get the feeling if I ever see one, I'll grab it regardless, but it would
be good info to have...
