P3D Kodak Gold Max in a Realist?

     I've found a lab that says they'll make prints from Realist format 
print film.  I'm thinking of using Kodak's Gold Max film, nominally ASA 
800, but also reported to have wide exposure latitiude.

     Has anyone got experience with Gold Max in a Realist?  What have you 
used as an ASA?  With what results?  What do you do for the 'sunny 16' 
rule -- a shutter speed of 800 being imposible on a Realist?
