  What size and focal length do you need?  Do you
plan to get one really large one and cut it in half
to make the two lenses with prism?

  Here are my sources for lenses (not stereoscope
ones though they might have something useful):

  Edmund Scientific (experimenter achromat lenses for
$20 and up. Tech Spec ones more expensive.)

  American Science & Surplus (got 40mm dia
by 84mm FL achromats for $15.50 each).
Don't have their web address but a search
will turn it up. Their web catalog doesn't
show their surplus lenses but an email will
get you the list.
