P3D Destructive Comments???

Several interesting issues have been brought up for discussion:

Is the material published in Stereo World geared primarily to
collectors or is the coverage balanced?  To what degree is NSA
a collector's society?  What is the role of an editor in shaping
a publication's contents?   How can an editor obtain feedback
regarding a publication?  Can a stereo magazine base a lot of its
material in photographic articles?  How can an editor obtain
material for publication?  How does the Internet impact (stereo) 
publications?

Different people have different opinions on these issues and that's 
why we are having a discussion here in photo-3d.  Asking people to 
submit articles on their subjects of interest is a very good idea 
but still that does not mean that we cannot discuss the issues here
and it does not give anyone the right to call anyone's comments
"destructive".
