You might try your local library.  I know that our library has several
computers and that you can "borrow" one for an hour or so to browse the
internet (at the library of course!).  Perhaps your local library has
the same thing?  It might be worth checking out!  I'm pretty sure ours
have CD-ROM drives installed.

Besides, $30.00 will buy two humongous value packs of Pamper's diapers,
which should last you about a week & a half :-) :-)
