The resolution should depend on the screen that was used in printing.
Stereo World seems to have a reasonably high screen frequency - presumably
because the viewer needs the detail to make the images fuse.  I will take
home my screen-o-matic tonight and see if I can divine the frequency used.
Of course, if one of the Stereo World staff members on this list 
knows the right answer, that would save some guess work...
