Be careful with Colorado Camera.

A couple weeks ago I called CO Camera asking them to make a print copy
of a Realist format slide. "No trouble." Their prints are $2.10 a pair
-- too much for the 27 pairs I need for the upcoming APEC exchange, so I
asked if they'd give me the internegative (so I could take it to my pro
lab for further prints). "Oh absolutely, we do that all the time."

I drove over and dropped off the slide, double checking: "You _will_
give me the internegative?"
   "Oh yes. No trouble."

A week later I went back for the prints and internegatives. One of
the prints has a big light leak type flare on it. Not usable. And all
of a sudden it's impossible to get an internegative. I spoke with the
surly owner, "You can't have them. We throw the internegatives out." End
of discussion.

Be careful with Colorado Camera.
