P3D Re: Twinning Point & Shoot cameras

I'm looking for a camera model with certain attributes for a twinning
application and can't find what I think I need. Maybe someone has a
suggestion of a suitable camera. The bodies are to be mounted bottom to
bottom for vertical images. The requirements are:
1) motor driven film advance built in(i.e., no accessory MD's):
2) 33 to 35 mm fixed focal length:
3) front element of lens not to exceed 23mm in diameter;
4) manual focus capability;
5) electronic shutters that can be synchronized close enough for flash
synch.

It all sounds pretty modest, but I just can't find one camera that possesses
all features except some real high end toys like the titanium Nikon!
I hope someone may know of something!
