I think it's going to be tough to meet both #3 and #4.  I don't know of any
SLRs that have small lens diameters like that.  They're mostly in the 50mm
to 60mm range or thereabouts, as far as I know.  Point and shoot cameras
often have small lenses, but they don't have manual focus.
