Bob:

I've not had any trouble with my local "custom" E-6 processor, and I've
been shooting a lot of nudes. Another local shop did photo-CD scans
without complaint. And this is a rather conservative southern town, I
think.

I think in this day and age, unless your material is very erotic (doesn't
sound like it), you don't need to worry about it too much. I do always ask
first, when dealing with a new company, to avoid the delay of finding out
later, that the work was not done.

A friend of mine had some pictures developed at Walmart - family snaps at
the beach, where her two year old just happened to be running around nude
(what could be more natural?). Walmart did the prints, but also included a
warning sticker about how they cannot process child pornography! Can you
believe that!? (Maybe I should retract my "this day and age" statement
above). I think they just do it to cover their own behinds, legally.

I did try to get some slide dupes made at Midwest Photo (in NE) awhile back
(they have good high volume prices, and a good quality reputation), and
they declined, saying they don't dupe nudity "below the waist." Which I
thought quaint...

That's my limited experience.

Looking forward to your slides at NSA...
