A person did get prosecuted in Montreal last year, but in this case
it was indeed a case of child porn. This happened at my local Costco.
A medical doctor took some pics secretly of his young patients and
tried to get them developed. When the film technician saw the pics
he waited till the good doc came to pick them up and followed him
to his car, took down his license plate number and then then called
the police. The doctor subsequently got arrested, suspended, and
finally convicted!
I have taken some pics (3D of course) of my 3 year old nephew butt
(actually front) nakeddd. When I got them developed, I wondered how
these would be interpretted, since in Canada we have some very strict
child pornography laws. Of course my pics were innocent but it crossed
my mind they could be taken out of context by an over zeolous film
processor.
P.S. Now that I think about it, I have an 8x10 glossy (professionally
done) of myself naked as a baby. I wonder if I can get prosecuted
for possession of my OWN (literally) child porn pictures??? ;-)
