P3D Circular polarizing filters, etc.

   I believe what you want is a "Quarter Wave Retardation Plate".  Placing
this at 45 Degrees to the plane of polarized light will impart circular 
polarazation to the beam of light.  You can get them from Melles Griot
800-835-2626 for $127.00 for 20mm Dia and $256.00 for a 50mm Dia.  These 
are high quality optical components, you may find them cheaper somewhere 
else but not likely as good of quality.  Are you sure you want to be 
working with circularly polarized light?!
