There was a case precisely like this in the news about a year ago. The vice
cops were waiting at the photo lab for the mother to claim her pictures,
and they arrested her. I don't remember the full outcome, but I believe the
infant was eventually taken away from the "unfit" mother for having
photographed it nude in the classical "bear rug" kind of shot.
