P3D TDC Vivid anomaly

Apparently, this is normal for this camera. I believe Dave Hitchcock
talked about this in his keynote address at last year's NSA meeting. It
was the result of the camera having been originally designed for 7 perf
use. There's no problem mounting the frames, though, in normal (not
distant) mounts.
