Thanks to all that have responded so far to my viewer. The input has been
very positive.
Regarding the estimated price:
The target price was based on labor costs and materials that would be needed
to CNC machine most of the parts at a reputable modern machine shop. My
profit margin would actually be quite low. This first prototype took at
least 200 hours to produce, and showed be that manual production would be
less precise and far too time consuming.

I have been considering this option. I have made the viewer as modular as I
could. The carriage is removable, and could either be replaced or modified
for larger print viewing. The existing lenses could be replaced with longer
focal length prismatics. The focusing shaft could be extended with a
screw-in extention.
Regarding the other formats, yes it will cover them.
