Sorry for the delayed response... 3D-CD stuff ya know... =)

The meeting is scheduled in a room at the hotel at 7 PM  (I believe -
someone correct me if I am wrong!) on that Thursday evening. Sure hope
you can sneak out of work a few hours early and make it down there
