        Hello:

        I have a realist camera with f/3.5 to f/22. I want to take photos with
flash Vivitar 283. The camera velocities are: T, B, 1, 2, 5, 10, 25, 50,
100 and 150.
How can I adjustement the flash for to take stereophotos? And what is the
sincronization velocity  to this kind ? 

I have the stereo realist flash adapter.
