Which wiring is that?  Projector or home?  If it is the projector, can
it be enough resistance in the wires to cause a 250W loss?  If home, can
there be many homes today that cannot supply 15 A?  How can I tell if
the wiring in my basement can supply 15 A?  I have measured current during
operation of 500W and 750W blubs and the calculated power did not match
any of the two.  In both cases it was lower.  Why is that?
