P3D Richmond '98 Trade Fair

Hello everyone,

Just wanted to make a quick posting to anyone interested in obtaining a
table for the Trade Fair.  

We are currently 1/3 full of our capacity of 160 tables.  This is VERY
EARLY on in the running compared to past conventions.  If you desire a
table at the trade fair and have not yet sent in your registration and
trade fair forms we suggest you do so soon.  This will assure you of a
table and, hopefully, enable us to provide you with your table preference:
i.e., wall, electric, next to so-and-so, etc.

Also, remember you must sent your trade fair form, along with your
registration form to John Scherr, the convention registrar.

It looks like we may top the attendance at Rochester...which was over 800
attendees.  Hope to see many of you there.

P.S.  There are rooms still available at the Marriott.  If you have
difficulty with booking through the 800 number use the NSA booking code
which is "NSAA".  Not sure what the second "A" stands for, maybe August,
but this should get you a room until a sell out is announced.
