Stats I've seen that women strongly tend to be the clothes buyer
(what the GAP sells) in households.  I don't have a reference 
offhand however.  I know it's true in mine.  If I were to buy
my own, she-who-I-must-obey probably would throw it out with a 
frowning face and say "ick".  Sigh....  :-)

P.S. - I've got a digital camera coming in the mail (a cheap $174
       Fuji DS-7 640x480 model aimed for web home-page use coming
       from auction house www.onsale.com).  Maybe I should have ordered two?
