P3D NSA Rooms at the Marriott

Hi everyone!

Sorry if there are still some difficulties obtaining rooms.  However, this
is not unique to this year's convention as it has happened for the past few
years when using hotel 800 numbers (even if you DO have the NSA code =
NSAA).

However, it appears that we ARE very close to a sell out based on the most
recent update the committee chairperson -- Judy Proffitt -- just sent out
to the committee members.  The hotel space we have blocked is just about
fully booked. 

If you are reading this and planning to attend I would strongly suggest you
get your room reservation in NOW before a final sellout is announced.  As
Bill Davis pointed out in his posting, you really want to stay at the host
hotel if possible so you don't miss out on any 3-D fun.
The room hopping and socializing is an important part of many of us.

You will enjoy the atmosphere of downtown Richmond where you can visit
historic sites, eat, shop and walk about all within easy distance of your
hotel bed!  And don't you want to have the opportunity to see 3-D, talk
3-D, etc. 24 hours a day during the convention?  You can't do this if you
don't stay at the Marriott!

While your booking your room don't forget to send in your registration form
(and table form if you want a space at the Trade Fair).
