We still adjust for every slide during competition, mainly because we 
have people new at stereo or new at mounting stereo slides themselves. 
To help with this problem, we held a slide mounting workshop this past 
year, which we hope to repeat every year (maybe even twice). We did 
notice a great improvement at the next competition after this workshop, 
but there is still some big differences in alignment. My suggestion to 
our club for next year will be to have the workshop on a weekend instead 
of at a club meeting on a weeknight. This way there would be more time 
for a "hands-on" session for practice and the results could be projected 
and commented on immediately.
