Many flashes use 10x the guide number (in meters) as the model number.
For example my Pentax AF280T has a guide number of 28 meters with ASA
100 film.  I doubt you have a flash with a guide number of 250 meters,
so my guess is that the guide number for your flash is 25 meters with
ASA 100 film.

Agfa Scala can be found at B&H (and probably other pro camera shops).
According to Agfa it needs to be sent to a special lab for
processing.  B&H sells mailers for Scala.

Kodak makes a reversal developing kit for TMax-100 (assuming you do
your own processing) so you can get slides from TMax-100.  I've heard
that Scala can be used with reversal developing (not necessarily the
Kodak kit).
