Keep this point in mind: The word Lenticular describes the surface
characteristics and is applied to many areas unrelated to Stereo
Photography. As far as Holograms, these are a completely different animal,
unrelated to anything Lenticular. Basically, the materials I am aware of
are more optical illusions than not. I remember as a kid seeing an
interesting item in a California souvenir shop. You place an object on the
surface of the plastic and it appears to recede into the material. The
material was perhaps 1/16th of an inch thick, but appeared to be several
inches thick. Coos stuff, not sure where it came from though.
