Having the subject centered on the film isn't the issue, at least I'd be
very surprised if a roll of Realist-format exposures could be run through
a View-Master film cutter to get viewable results, because of variance in
lens separation between the two systems' cameras. Besides, if you'd be
using a film cutter for the Personal, you'd want the subject along the
bottom half of the strip, not in the center.

I suspect you'll need to hand-mount the Realist chips in the same manner as
one hand-mounts *any* film not exposed with a View-Master camera (e.g.,
slide-bar SLR shots). The big challenge is not to get the verticals okay,
but to get the stereo window right!
