P3D speed

Just thought I'd drop a note out to the list to remind
everybody that photo-3d is not a "real time" system, although
it does pretty well given the size of the machine
and the little teeny bandwidth we have to the Internet.

Right now, there is a summer kid's class running ("Webcamp")
which places a rather heavy load on the main router and
server which bottlenecks traffic in/out of Calcite. This will
probably continue for the next 10 days or so.

However, the school has decided that we do need better bandwidth
and so are underway in soliciting proposals for either a fractional
T1 (or maybe even a full T1) connection (yeah!).
