I second that motion!

P.S. Ken, you'll notice no one ever lambasted your 3-D theories or 
     lumped your product with the other fly-by-night charlatans.
     This is because you were not trying to rip anyone off. You
     presented your theories honestly and openly, going to great
     lengths to explain them, unlike the rip-off artists. Therefore
     it wasn't necessary for any disclaimers.
