P3D Re Stereocard Scorecard

I am intrested in this thread because I have been given a telephone number
of someone who has some old stereocards that got wet and have peeled of
their backing. Presumably something like flour and water paste that has
been mentioned would have originaly been used ,but I have seen old stereo
prints which apear to have been attacked by fungus probably due to the use
of flour and water. I am also suprised that rice paper used in 500 year old
Japanese prints lasts so long they must be kept very dry as they could
more easily be broken down by microbes than cellulose would be. What I
realy need to find is someone in the UK who could undertake this
restoration work as I dont think I could do it myself.
