I have an Illoca II and the seller might not realize that there has to
be tension on the film wind sprocket inside the back under the wind
knob. It is tricky to test fire without film in it. Cock the shutter on
top by the advance, then put pressure on the prong in the back towards
the right. The delayed shutter release may also stick. This allows the
photographer to get in the picture. about 10 sec. delay. My Illoca has
slow speeds that stick, but I understand it has a tricky shutter to work
on. Does anyone work on these? Piper? Otherwise the lenses are nice and
sharp and even has a pc sink and flash shoe. Plus it's funky.
