P3D Re: Kids and VM

For the record, the "7 Wonders of the World", "Tom Corbett", and "Hans
Christian Anderson" (sp?) packets blew my eyees out when I was a kid. 
And when our family was on vacation at Bridal Caves in Missouri, I
remember thinking, "Gee, I wish there was a camera I could take View
Master pictures with instead of this stupid Instamatic!"  If I'd only
known then what I know now. 8-)

BTW - as evidenced by the Bible dioramas in the new steroworld,
tabletop figures make great stereo, don't they?  I personally wish for
ViewMaster sets of great puppets and clay animation figures:  the
marionettes of Bil and Cora Baird - currently displayed in Mason City,
Iowa.  Nick Park's Wallace & Grommit. 
Art Clokey's Davey & Goliath, Gumby and Pokey. Many more plus
numberless European, Asian, African, Pacific artists.  That is if
ViewMaster ever gets really ambitious again. ;-)
