Just a reminder for everyone heading to NSA shortly. If you feel
that you can't handle the mail volume from the *3D mailing lists
(and I don't see why not since everybody will be in Richmond, and
nobody posting :-) you'll need to do something about your 
subscripton. 

PLEASE don't put in a "vacation" notification message - they drive
the list crazy by generating errors for every message sent (if they
are not configured correctly). 

For the following options, send e-mail to listserv@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
(note there is no second 'e' in listserv), leaving the subject line
blank (or just put XXX if your mailer requires it - if you put a
recognizable word, the listserv robot will reject the command since
it think's the message was intended for the list and was sent to the
wrong address). 

To suspend list mail until you return, in the body of the message put

set photo-3d mail postpone

(or tech-3d, sd-3d, etc). Note it's not really a postpone - it's a 'suspend'.

or you can just de-subscribe

unsub photo-3d

The advantage of doing a postpone vs unsub is that when you return you
can restart your mail from the list without having to go thru 
the moderator approval process again. For immediate mode, send

set photo-3d mail ack

or for digest mode send

set photo-3d mail digest

If you attempt to execute one of these commands, but get an error
message, please copy the error message back to me at

wier@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

so I can see what the problem might be (99% of the time it's because
your ISP is changing your outgoing address without you knowing
about it).
