Hi everyone,
Thanks to Henry Chung for posting the URL for
Diamond Camera's stereo equipment store in Tokyo.
I was wondering if anyone knew who the manufacturer
of the R5-1 and R7-1 uncut roll viewers is (was?)
Pictures online at:
http://www.ny.airnet.ne.jp/toaphoto/R5-1j.htm (5p)
http://www.ny.airnet.ne.jp/toaphoto/E7-1j.htm (7p)
By the way, to see these pages properly on a computer
that doesn't have a Japanese operating system installed,
please follow these easy steps:
1) Surf to http://www.shodouka.com
2) Just copy one of the above URLs into the field labelled
"Shodouka Launch Pad" and hit the "Go!" button.
That's it! The Japanese characters will be converted to
graphics, and will be displayed properly in your web browser,
even on computers with non-Japanese operating systems. (Even
if you can't read the language, it's much prettier than the
garbage text strings you'll normally see--and, numbers which
would have been garbled will appear properly, so you can often
figure out things like technical specifications, etc.)
Regards
Steve Madsen
