P3D Realist operator error?

Dr. T wonders whether my film advance mechanism is stiff or I "muscled" 
the advance knob. Neither, and that's why I'm mystified by the torn
sprocket holes. 

The camera had a recent CLA, and the advance mechanism is smooth and
positive. And, although we all seem to agree the Realist is tough and can
take abuse, I sure don't recall forcing anything (not my style).

Again, I've experienced nothing like this with the film I've run through
the camera before or since the "incident." I wonder whether there was
just a weak spot at the perf in question.
