Buy any flash with a 'thyristor,' which functions as a crude 
auto-exposure meter, shutting the flash off when the exposure is right.  
A Vivitar 285 is a great choice, or a similar Sun Pac.

Buy a $14 slave adaptor from Adorama.  
Attach the slave adaptor to the flash.
Point the flash at your subject.
Shoot with your Loreo, using the Loreo flash as before.
