P3D Which Realist is it?

After browsing the trade fair in Richmond and talking with various 
sellers, I've got a question or two. 

How do you tell the various Realists apart?

How many models were commercially available (mass market) vs prototypes and one-offs? I saw the macro version, as well as several non-focusing units but none of them seemed to be unikely identified.

What lenses were available when, which ones are better, best, worst?

What features were available when?

Has anyone put together an FAQ about this stuff? I have now purchased 3 different Realists, all basically the same body but 1 has the double exposure interlock and the other 2 don't - is there a model number hidden somewhere on this camera that can be checked? It seems that I have 3 sets of the same lenses, how many variations on this exist?
